While we take every measure to ensure your order is accurate and in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes issues may occur. This policy outlines the conditions, process, and responsibilities for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the return is due to damage during shipping.
- Bulk orders may have specific return requirements; please contact our support team before shipping back items.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with:
- Order number
- Product name and SKU
- Photo evidence of defect/damage (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
- Returns must not be shipped without prior approval from our team.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order (COD refunds will be handled via bank transfer or agreed method).
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after the returned items are received and verified.
4. Replacements
- If an order included defective or incorrect items, we can provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
- Replacement shipping will follow the same Free Delivery across GCC terms.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items not eligible for return include:
- Products used or opened (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Customized orders (if applicable)
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Shipping costs for approved returns due to our error or defective products will be covered by Oman Wholesale Store.
- For returns not due to defects or errors, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Responsibility
- Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours to qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Oman Wholesale Store is not responsible for delays or damages once the shipment is received and accepted by the buyer.
