1. Wholesale-Only Sales

  • All products sold through Oman Wholesale Store are strictly for business use.
  • We do not sell to individual consumers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a registered business, retailer, or salon.
  • Verification may be required for first-time orders.

 

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Order confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp and constitutes acceptance.
  • Prices, taxes, and duties are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in OMR and exclude any applicable duties or taxes unless stated.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) and other accepted payment methods are available for qualified orders.
  • Full payment must be made as agreed before delivery (for non-COD orders).
  • Bulk discounts and MOQ terms apply. Please refer to our Price Sheet for details.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Free Delivery across GCC for all bulk orders.
  • Standard delivery times: Oman (3–5 business days), UAE/GCC (5–7 business days).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs, regional holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.
  • Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
  • Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch; please inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, including proof of defect or damage (photos/email).
  • Bulk orders may have special return terms; please check with our support team.
  • Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including product images, brand logos, descriptions, and marketing materials, is owned by Oman Wholesale Store or its partners.
